Applications

Directions for Use
- 01Remove dip slide from sterile packaging. Do not touch agar surface.
- 02For air testing: expose agar surface to room air for 10 minutes, then reseal.
- 03For surface testing: press agar firmly onto the test surface, then reseal.
- 04For water testing: dip agar into water sample for 10 seconds, then reseal.
- 05Incubate at room temperature (20–30°C) for 48–72 hours.
- 06Compare colony growth against the included reference chart.
- 07Record results — photograph for before/after comparison.
